How I work
There are two ways that you can work with me:
Retainer
We’ll agree on a set number of hours each month that I dedicate exclusively to supporting you and your clients. I carefully track all time spent and will notify you as you approach your limit, so you always know how much support remains available.
Ad‑hoc
For occasional needs, I can provide ad‑hoc support subject to availability. I’ll track the time spent and can either work to a set budget or continue until the task is complete, keeping you updated so you remain in full control of costs.

How I charge
£37.50 per hour for retainer hours
To ensure I can add real value to your business, I ask for a minimum commitment of 5 retainer hours per month. All time is carefully tracked, so you only ever pay for the hours I’m actively working on your tasks.
Ad‑hoc support, as well as any additional hours beyond your agreed retainer, are charged at £42.50 per hour.
